Mrs Adenike Ajayi is a healthcare professional with 10 years of experience in adult and children's services. Mrs A Ajayi has a health and social care degree from the University of Scotland. She is a director with a wide range of knowledge and experience caring for others. Mrs Ajay is the Director of Nicky’s Mission Foundation a charity that set to reduce homelessness in UK. 

Regina is an early-year practitioner with a bachelor’s degree in early Years from the University of Greenwich. She also has a Level 5 foundation degree in Health and Social Care 

Experienced Nursery Practitioner (Room Manager) with over 8 years of experience working with young children. She understands the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and OFSTED regulatory knowledge within Early Years. She is experienced in applying safeguarding principles and behaviour management strategies where required. 

Emmanuel Damiro is voluntary consultant to Nicky Services Limited and the Norminated Individual (NI) for Nicky Services Limited supported living project. He is a qualified social worker with years of experience in placement support, children and family, adult services, intermediate care, and mental health. Emmanuel Damiro is a motivational speaker, a pastor, a counsellor, and a gospel artist. He is the conveyer of Solidrock Evangelical outreach and the Encounter series. He is a volunteer and ambassador to Cancer Research UK and organises and presents a yearly awareness of prostate cancer. He is also the founder of EOOD Foundations. He is blessed with three children.
